Alexander Nadmitov

Background information

Alexander has gained significant experience advising on complex corporate and financial transactions, where he represented various parties, including buyers and sellers, shareholders and management, borrowers and financial organizations. Mr. Nadmitov also regularly represents different parties in litigation and international arbitration matters.

Alexander specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, finance transactions, private equity and venture capital, competition law, litigation and international arbitration matters.

Prior to establishing the Firm, Mr. Nadmitov was a partner with a Russian law firm. Before that Alexander worked as an associate in corporate, finance and dispute resolution and dispute resolution departments of leading international law firms, then began his legal career as an associate in a litigation department of a Russian law firm.

Alexander serves as VP and secretary of Harvard Club of Russia where he was President in 2015-18, and also serves as a secretary to the Oxford University Society of Russia.

Alexander is an expert at Antimonopoly BRICS Center established under the aegis of Institute for Law and Development at the National Research University Higher School of Economics the Skolkovo Fund.  Alexander also taught courses on English law and Financial Transactions at the National Research University Higher School of Economics and on Dispute Resolution in WTO at Russian Foreign Trade Academy, and also regularly appears as a judge at WTO Model student moot court, which is held under the auspices of Russian Foreign Trade Academy.

Alexander is recognized by various legal rankings and regularly speaks at legal and business conferences.
